Aloe vera is grown in almost all parts of India, even under constant drought conditions. However crops grow well in entire tropical and sub-tropical regions. Since its water requirements is very low, it is best suited for cultivation in arid and semi-arid regions specially in Rajasthan, Gujarat,Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra.
